Vietnamese Iced Coffee, also known as Ca Phe Da, is a traditional and popular drink amongst Vietnamese. Vietnamese Iced Coffee is made using coarse-ground, dark-roasted, Vietnamese-grown coffee with a small metal Vietnamese drip filter. After hot water is added, the drip filter releases droplets of hot coffee slowly into a cup. This finished cup of hot coffee is then quickly poured into a tumbler full of small-cubed ice and shake thoroughly, making the finished Vietnamese iced coffee foamy and flavorful.
