Our Traditional Vietnamese Bread (Banh Mi Cha Lua & Thit Nguoi) is filled with Vietnamese Chua Lua and stuffed with sour pickled & carrot, cool sliver of cucumber & coriander, spread with Vietnamese pate & mayonnaise-egg sauce, and topped with a specially home-made sauce. Cha Lua is a cooked pork roll, lightly seasoned with fish sauce, and traditionally steamed in a banana leaf.
